RT Guide Service was created from the real-world experience of building and operating ReImagine Tours®, an international travel company that grew faster than we ever projected.

Our journey began in 2012 with a simple goal: create memorable travel experiences by connecting travelers with knowledgeable local guides. As ReImagine Tours® expanded, demand increased rapidly — and with that growth came one of the biggest challenges in the travel industry: finding and coordinating reliable guides.

The Challenge: Finding Professional Guides Around the World

One of the surprising realities of international tourism is that most cities in Europe do not have a central organization managing local guides. In many destinations, travelers, travel agencies, and tour operators are left searching through fragmented networks to find qualified professionals.

This challenge affected everyone — including us.

As demand grew, we needed to find guides for private tours, large groups, cruise excursions, and partner requests across multiple destinations. In some cases, this meant reviewing thousands of potential guides in a single city to find the right professionals available for specific dates, group sizes, and tour requirements.

For example, coordinating a group of 100+ travelers across multiple tour dates could require finding, screening, scheduling, and organizing dozens of guides — often without an existing system to make the process easier.

Building a Global Guide Network

Through years of experience, we built relationships with guides, local partners, and destination experts across Europe and beyond.

We were fortunate to work with exceptional guides who helped coordinate local guide pools and support larger programs. However, as our network continued to grow, it became clear that traditional methods were no longer enough.

Managing guide availability, matching guides with tours, coordinating partner requests, and organizing growing networks became increasingly complex.

The travel industry was evolving — and we needed a better solution.

Creating RT Guide Service

RT Guide Service – International Guide Network was created to solve the challenges we experienced firsthand.

Our mission is to build a modern international guide network that makes it easier for:

Travel agencies and tour operators to access reliable professionals
Cruise and group tour partners to organize guide services efficiently
Guides to connect with new opportunities and manage availability
Travelers to find trusted local guides (coming in the future)

By combining our years of tourism experience with new technology, we are creating a platform designed to organize guide networks, simplify coordination, and support the continued growth of global travel.
